Project Details

Scope of Works
PCC delivered the full construction of fourteen residential villas together with a clubhouse and ancillary structures, including a toilet block and substation block. External works covered approximately 3,679 m², encompassing driveways, parking areas, boundary walling, soft landscaping, and a swimming pool, alongside site mains and underground services.

Delivery & Scale 
The project was executed with a peak workforce of 180 personnel, accumulating over 600,939 manhours, and was delivered to a value of BHD 2.75 million (approx. USD 7.29 million).

The Residential Compound at Saar demonstrates PCC’s capability in coordinating large-scale private residential developments — combining multi-unit villa construction with shared amenity buildings and full external infrastructure within a single, tightly managed 15-month programme.
