Our Testing & Commissioning Engineers ensure all MEP systems are fully tested, balanced, integrated, and ready for operation. We verify performance, compliance, and reliability before project handover.
Our MEP Value Engineering team focuses on optimizing system design, material selection, and installation methods to achieve the best balance between cost, performance, efficiency, and reliability. We identify practical alternatives that reduce project costs, improve maintainability, enhance energy efficiency, and accelerate delivery timelines—without compromising quality, safety, or compliance standards.
Our Maintenance Division provides preventive maintenance, corrective support, troubleshooting, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all MEP systems. We help clients maintain smooth operations and extend asset life cycles.
Oversees all MEP operations across Poullaides Group’s four countries of operation, coordinating design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities across concurrent project portfolios. Responsible for maintaining the division’s ISO and EDD certifications and driving technical standards across all MEP scopes.
