The scope covered construction of the factory building using pre-engineered building (PEB) roof and wall panels, a full office building, and ancillary structures including substations, a guard room, LV room and generator room, complete with finishes, MEP works, external hard and soft landscaping, boundary walls and car shades.

Delivered with a peak workforce of 200 personnel over a 15-month programme, the project reflects the scale of coordination required to bring a major manufacturing facility from shell to fully operational — cementing PCC’s reputation for delivering large-scale industrial facilities end-to-end, from structural shell through to finishes and MEP, for major regional manufacturers.
